Conducting Controlled Purchase Operations (CPOs) Guidelines is a tool to support roles that include the responsibility for monitoring and enforcing the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, specifically to reduce the illegal sale of alcohol from licensed premises to people who are under-age.  It is particularly of use to Police, Medical Officers of Health, and Licensing Inspectors. The tool can also be used as an educational resource for licensees, venue staff, and the community.
