CPO Guidelines

The Controlled Purchase Operations (CPOs) Guidelines book is a tool for those whose roles include responsibility for monitoring and enforcing the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, specifically to reduce the illegal sale of alcohol from licensed premises to under-age people.  It is of particular use for Police, Medical Officers of Health and Licensing Inspectors but can also be used as an educative resource for licensees, their staff and the wider community.
