The Off-licensed premises toolkit provides an overview of the legal obligations and responsibilities of premises with an off-licence, as well as tools for licensees to comply with their obligations and responsibilities.
The printed toolkit is a folder with an information booklet, tabbed sections, and templates to record and collate information in one place. If you are a licensee of a bottle store, or other off-licensed premises and would like to order a copy, please contact your local licensing inspector or public health officer. The toolkit folder can be ordered directly by regulatory agencies officers ONLY (e.g., local licensing inspector, public health officer, and Police harm prevention officers).
